One question, one last picture ↓

▌ CONGEDO№ 017

One question

If you went blind tomorrow, what is the last image you'd want to have seen?

Your answer is never stored — only the image it becomes. The same words conjure the same picture, every time.

Congedo

Input.
One question, and a few lines to answer it: if sight were leaving tomorrow, what is the last image you would want to have seen? A face, a place, a light, a moment — described in your own words.

Transformation.
Your answer is folded into a prompt tuned for a tender, true-to-life photograph and handed to an image generator, which renders it as faithfully as it can — natural light, film grain, real colour. The picture surfaces the way sight comes into focus, then holds, with the dark already gathering at its edges. Keep the frame, or ask again for another. The same words always conjure the same image.

Note.
Congedo — a leave-taking. It asks you to choose what you would carry into the dark, and hands it back as a photograph you never took. Nothing is stored: the answer is discarded, and the image lives only as long as you keep it. What remains is not a memory but its likeness — a last thing, made to be looked at.
