Attesa
Sixty seconds. It draws only while you do nothing.
Not yet begun
The clock never pauses. Fidgeting buys no extra time — only less ink and more cracks. The ink line is what you grew; the tick is where the minute has got to.
Attesa
Every other piece in this gallery reads something outside you — a room’s sound, a photograph, a date, the weather over a city. Attesa reads you. Press Begin and the pane draws itself for sixty seconds, but only while you keep still: frost creeps in from the cold rim and branches along its lattice. Move the mouse, type, scroll or leave the tab and a branch snaps, a white fracture runs across the ice, and the growth stops to take stock.
The clock does not stop with it. Everyone is given the same sixty seconds, and fidgeting buys no more of them — only less ink and more cracks. The line under the pane says how far you actually got. It is the first piece here you can fail.
